Early Childhood Education Scholarship/Career Navigator for T.E.A.C.H.

Program Description:

The T.E.A.C.H. Early Childhood® Scholarship Program, funds Early Childhood professionals to achieve certificate, credential, and degree attainment that supports providing high quality early childhood care and education and retaining qualified individuals in the workforce, which leads to improved child outcomes.

Position Description:

The Early Childhood Education Scholarship/Career Navigator is primarily responsible for navigating T.E.A.C.H. participants through scholarship application, college enrollment, course completion, and financial aid process through regular communication, technical assistance, and coaching. With the support of the ECCLA team, the navigator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the program including maintaining participant data, grant reporting, submitting scholarship requests to finance department, program marketing, participant recruitment, and maintaining college relationships. The Navigator will also work with the ECCLA team to support the transition of appropriate participants to the T.E.A.C.H. Data and Evaluation Coordinator

Program Description:

This position will work within Membership Services to coordinate and support data collection efforts and evaluation for the Family Child Care Home Navigation Project and the Availability and Outreach of Care Project.

Position Description:

This is a new position that will coordinate and support ECCLA and members with enhanced data collection and evaluation efforts connected to Early Childhood Council projects focused on increasing access to child care for families and supporting Family Child Care Home Navigation efforts. The Coordinator will work with and support Councils to deliver on the Availability and Outreach of Care Project, specifically with data collection components. Supports may include technical assistance, supporting shared learning, and developing workflows and resources to support Council implementation. As part of the ECCLA team and working with a consultant, the coordinator will be responsible for the design and implementation of evaluation efforts for the two projects, including state-wide data collection and analysis.
