"Joint Initiatives for Youth + Families houses Alliance for Kids, El Paso County's Early Childhood Council, under its Foundations program. Alliance for Kids serves as a vehicle, bringing together agencies and individuals to work collaboratively on a high quality early childhood system for young children and their families in El Paso County."
