ECCLA Has a New Strategic Plan

ECCLA is delighted to share our new strategic plan. Adopted in May 2021, this ambitious plan was developed collaboratively with input from members, partners, and policymakers with the goal to create a plan that pushes our maturing organization into deeper advocacy and systems change. The ECCLA Board unanimously approved the plan, feeling it honors our past while constructing a future that drives transformative change in the systems that support the work Councils do on behalf of children and families in their communities. ECCLA wants to extend our gratitude to the members and other partners who provided ongoing input on the plan. We are eager to move forward on implementation alongside our membership. We know we can only reach the plan’s intended impact with the support of Council leaders and their teams, along with our partners.
