ECCLA Hosts Annual Leadership Retreat with Councils

ECCLA convened Early Childhood Councils on September 19-20, 2019 for an annual leadership retreat in beautiful Golden, CO. ECCLA’s role is to support Councils as they align resources and services for young children and families in their local communities.

We generously received support from The Piton Foundation at Gary Community Investments which enabled ECCLA to bring high quality, subject matter experts to provide training and facilitation on succession planning, business planning, and strategic visioning.

Additionally, we are grateful to Kaplan Early Learning for sponsoring lunch and a fantastic networking reception! The opportunity to network is always appreciated by Councils leaders as it allows them to share best practices and innovations to build stronger local communities.
