Find an Early Childhood Council
Positive, high quality early childhood experiences provide the best opportunity to prepare children for success in school and life. Children have a strong start when their families thrive in supportive communities and they have access to comprehensive health care; early learning opportunities; and social, emotional, and mental health support.
Councils bring together the multiple programs and perspectives across early childhood education, health, mental health, and family support to cultivate a local voice and vision for Colorado’s youngest children. Together, Councils improve the quality of early learning environments to prepare young children to enter kindergarten; build the resources and skills of families; ensure that families have access to social, physical, and mental health services; and deliver resources to increase the effectiveness of early childhood professionals.
Community support is important for Colorado’s children to succeed. Whether you are a parent, caregiver, business leader, policymaker, or early childhood advocate – connect with your Early Childhood Council to support strong futures.
