Early Childhood Council Leadership Alliance (ECCLA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit membership organization committed to accountability and transparency. Our bylaws ensure representation from Early Childhood Council members and detail governance procedures.
ECCLA is governed by board of directors comprised of Council members and community leaders. Committees comprised of Council members provide an advisory role in the areas of communications, data and evaluation, finance, membership, and policy.
