TEACH Impact Story: Cristina

It would be impossible for a non-English speaking immigrant to pursue a bachelor’s degree without the support of the TEACH scholarship. With the economic and collaborative support of the staff helping me in my journey, I was able to graduate with a GPA of 4 Magna Cum Laude and the ability to communicate in English.

I am actively working to coach other immigrants to try to I reach their dreams because I know it is possible not only to pass the barrier they will encounter in the system, but also collaborate to knock them down. This scholarship makes the world a better place for all of us.
