The 2018 Early Childhood Conference is hosted by the Early Childhood Council for Yuma, Washington and Kit Carson Counties. This year’s conference “Celebrating Early Learning, Child Care Providers, Early Childhood Professionals, and Families and Caregivers” brings together the eastern Colorado community to celebrate young children and their families.
