ECCLA Joins Colorado Gives Day

We invite you to support the Early Childhood Council Leadership Alliance (ECCLA) on Colorado Gives Day! Colorado’s largest day of giving, Colorado Gives Day, takes place on Tuesday, December 4, 2018. On this day, thousands of people come together to support Colorado nonprofits. Since its inception in 2010, the event has raised more than $182 million for Colorado nonprofits.

As a membership association, ECCLA supports Colorado’s 34 Early Childhood Councils by providing technical assistance and training, implementing shared measurement for collective impact, advocating for policies affecting early childhood, and serving as a statewide voice.

Early Childhood Councils serve as local hubs that help connect the dots creating a seamless early childhood system that improves access to high quality services and supports for young children and their families. This collective effort is critical because when families thrive and children have a strong start, our communities across Colorado are strengthened. Together, we are building and strengthening Colorado’s early childhood system.

Contributions help ECCLA to meet our goal of ensuring that Early Childhood Councils have sufficient resources, staff, and capacity to meet the needs of the young children in the communities they serve.
